  • Note: Focus on face, neck, and chest; clean skin before treatment; avoid makeup or sunscreen.

Muscle Recovery & Performance

  • Distance: 30–60 cm from panel
  • Session Time: 15–20 minutes per target area (e.g., quads, back, shoulders)
  • Frequency: Post-exercise or 3–5 times per week
  • Note: Use after training for recovery or pre-workout for circulation/activation.
