How do I set up my PeakMe Retreat Sauna for the first time?

Unfold and assemble the sauna, and position it on a flat surface. Attach the steam generator and ensure it's connected to a power source. The water level shouldn’t exceed 2L. Use the remote or buttons to start pre-heating, which usually takes around 10-15 minutes.

Can I adjust the temperature settings during my session?

Yes, you can adjust the temperature settings at any time during your session using the remote control. The sauna offers 9 heat levels, with a maximum temperature of approximately 55°C.

Is it safe to use the sauna in any room of my house?

The sauna is safe for most home settings. Place it on a stable, moisture-resistant surface and keep both the sauna and the generator away from heat and water sources.

How long should my steam session last?

We recommend sessions lasting between 20-60 minutes, based on your comfort and tolerance levels. It's important to listen to your body and exit the sauna if you experience discomfort.

What should I wear inside the sauna?

Opt for a bathing suit, towel, or light sauna attire. Avoid heavy clothing.

How do I clean and maintain the sauna?

Wipe with a damp, slightly soapy cloth post-use. Dry thoroughly. Regularly inspect for wear or damage.

What should I do if the sauna stops working?

Storage instructions

Store in a dry area with good ventilation to protect against mould. Fold gently to avoid fabric damage and creases. Store out of direct sunlight and without heavy items on top.

Cleaning & Maintenance

If recently used: unplug the power supply and wait for the machine to cool down before cleaning. Wipe the inside with a damp, soapy cloth to prevent bacteria. Avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals, as this corrodes the material of the steam sauna.
Ensure the sauna is dry before storage to prevent mold. Do not immerse the sauna or steam generator in water. Use a wet cloth for the cover and do not machine wash.
