Keep in a dry, cool place and store away from direct sunlight. Heavy items must not be placed on the folded mat. Important - The mat must be unplugged when not in use.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly before folding. Do not place the mat in a washing machine.
Do not immerse in water - this is important for your safety and to avoid damage. Ensure to use only a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or sharp objects which are likely to damage your mat. The TENS pads can be rinsed with clean water and reused. Once dry, re-apply the clear plastic pieces to remain clean.
