Set Up
Step by Step

Lay the mat flat on a firm, comfortable surface.

Plug the controller into the mat, then the power cable into the wall socket or suitable power outlet.

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the controller activates.

The PeakMe Harmony mat's optional TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) therapy employs low-voltage currents for targeted pain relief via two pads. It's effective by altering nerve pain signals but is not advisable for everyone, such as those with certain health conditions or with pacemakers. Consultation with a healthcare provider is recommended before use.

Place TENS pads on either side of a painful area on clean, dry skin, ensuring free from lotion or oils, not touching each other or any metal object, spaced approximately 8-15cm (3-6 inches) apart.

Do not apply TENS to the head, face, throat, any swollen, red, infected, or inflamed skin, near cancerous lesions, open wounds or rashes, or on skin that lacks normal sensation. Don’t use directly on your spine or on both the front and back of your chest at the same time. Don't use while bathing, showering, or sleeping.

- Place the TENS pad on the treatment area. Keep the plastic pieces for later use.
- Set the dial to low, then turn on TENS and gradually increase power.
- Post-use, turn the dial to low, switch off TENS, remove pads, and unplug.
Sessions typically last for 45 minutes, starting from the lowest setting and gradually increasing as needed. Reuse the clear plastic pieces to ensure pads remain sticky.
During TENS therapy, you may notice a mild tingling or a deeper sensation of muscle contraction, which are normal and indicate the therapy is working. As your body adapts, you might need to increase the intensity to achieve the same level of sensation, ensuring you remain comfortable throughout the session.
