Beginner’s Protocol: How to Use Your PEMF Mat

Start with short 30-minute sessions, up to three times daily. Leave at least two hours between sessions for best results. Think of it like charging your body in doses — the benefits build with consistency over time5.

TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) sends light electrical pulses to the body through gel pads, targeting localised pain like sore knees, shoulders or joints. Begin at the lowest intensity and gradually increase if needed.

Important Safety Note: TENS isn’t suitable for everyone. If you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or live with conditions like epilepsy or cancer, always consult a medical professional first. Avoid using TENS on the spine, throat, face, or near broken skin. Never sleep with it on or use it near water.

How Often Should You Use a PEMF Mat?
