- Ice Bath experiences available from 5C (EXTREME), 10C (COLDER) and 15C (COLD!) to suit every individual, ice bath experience and recovery requirements.
- 1x STEAM SAUNA - Limited sessions available - first come, first served! (10-20 mins)
- 1x INFRARED SAUNA BLANKET - Limited sessions available - first come, first served! (10-20 mins)
