1. Position the Panel
Place the panel between 15–40 cm away from the area of the body you’re treating.

2. Power On & Select Mode
Turn on the device using the touchscreen or app. Choose from Red, Near Infrared or Combined mode.

3. Adjust Time & Intensity
Use the interface or app to select your session length (10–20 minutes recommended) and brightness.

4. Begin Your Session
Sit or lie comfortably in front of the panel. Relax and allow the light to work.

5. Stay Consistent
Use 3–7 times a week for best results. Like any ritual, consistency drives transformation.

Morning sessions can boost energy and focus, while evening use supports calm and recovery.

Wipe down units with a lint-free towel if they begin to get dusty otherwise store the panels in a cool, dry environment.

• Do not look directly at the light-emitting side of the device's LED light.
• If the device overheats, turn it off immediately.
• Use of accessories other than those specified or provided by the manufacturer of this electromagnetic immunity equipment could result in increased electromagnetic emissions or decreased.
• If you have experienced sunburn in the past 2 weeks, it is recommended not to use the product.
• This device is an electrical device. To avoid electric shock, adhere to the following:
• Do not drop the device in water or liquids.
• Do not wash parts with liquids.
• Do not touch the device or touch the plugs with wet hands.
• Do not pull, carry, or lift the device by it's cord. If the cord is damaged, do not use the device because you could get an electric shock. Do not use the device if it has been dropped, left outside, or has encountered water or liquids.
• Do not use on heated surfaces.
• Do not operate near exposed flame.
• Do not use the device if you have Fitzpatrick Skin in Type V or Type VI.
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or preparing to become pregnant.
• Do not use if you are taking photosensitive drugs.
• Do not use the device if you have a medical history of seizures that were triggered by light.
• This device is not to be used by the disabled, sleeping or unconscious persons.
• If using the device causes any discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
• If you suspect you have had a negative reaction from using the device, consult your doctor immediately.
• Do not scratch or damage the device.
• Use indoors only.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use to avoid a trip hazard.
• Do not store the device in the sun or on a hot surface. High temperatures may be damaging.

3 Year Limited Warranty

The PeakMe Red Light Mini & Pro Panels ("Product") are warranted for three (3) year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship affecting the LED modules, housing, internal electrical components, power supply, controls and factory-assembled components, when the Product is installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the user manual and operating instructions.

This Limited Warranty is void if PeakMe or its designated representative determines that the Product has been subjected to damage or failure resulting from the installation or use of non-genuine replacement parts, incompatible accessories, unauthorised modifications, improper electrical supply, or misuse. Genuine PeakMe parts and accessories are designed and tested to ensure the safe and reliable operation of your Red Light Mini Panel.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the PeakMe Red Light Mini Panel and its original supplied components.

Residential Use Only

This Limited Warranty applies to residential, personal use only. The Product is not designed, warranted or intended for commercial, professional, clinical, rental, shared facility, gym, wellness centre, spa, salon, healthcare practice or any other business or revenue-generating use. Any commercial or institutional use immediately voids this Limited Warranty.

Cosmetic Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear that does not affect the performance or functionality of the Product. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Scratches
• Dents
• Scuffs
• Surface marks
• Fading
• Minor discolouration
• Wear to finishes
• Damage resulting from normal ageing

Slight variations in finish, colour or manufacturing appearance that do not affect operation are not considered manufacturing defects.

Electrical & Environmental Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Incorrect voltage or power supply.
• Power surges, electrical faults or lightning.
• Water exposure or liquid damage.
• Excessive humidity, moisture or condensation.
• Outdoor use or exposure to the elements.
• Excessive heat or cold outside the Product's specified operating conditions.
• Fire, flood or other natural disasters.
• Improper storage or transport.

The Product is intended for indoor use only.

Warranty Service

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, notify PeakMe Customer Support as soon as a defect becomes apparent and take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage to the Product.

Upon verification of the warranty claim and proof of purchase, PeakMe or its authorised service representative will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective Product;
• Replace the defective Product; or
• Replace the defective component.

There will be no charge for replacement parts or labour where the defect is determined to be covered under this Limited Warranty.

If PeakMe elects to replace the Product, the replacement may be new or refurbished and of equal or greater value and performance. Any replacement Product will carry the balance of the original warranty period.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the Product for transport where return is required and for any costs not covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty is void if PeakMe determines the Product has been subjected to:

• Misuse or abuse.
• Neglect.
• Accidental damage.
• Unauthorised repairs.
• Unauthorised modification or alteration.
• Improper installation.
• Failure to follow operating instructions.
• Use with incompatible power supplies or accessories.
• Commercial or professional use.
• Freight damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

This Limited Warranty also does not apply to Products damaged during relocation, transport or storage after delivery.

Repairs carried out by anyone other than PeakMe or an authorised service representative may void this Limited Warranty. PeakMe is not responsible for repair work performed outside Australia.

Limitations on Implied Warranties

This Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. All warranty repairs must be performed by PeakMe or its authorised service representatives using authorised replacement parts. No distributor, retailer, reseller or representative is authorised to modify, extend or alter this Limited Warranty.

Disclaimers

PeakMe and its representatives shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Product or any defect covered by this Limited Warranty, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, inconvenience or any associated costs, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

PeakMe's liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product. The warranty period commences on the original purchase date and does not restart following repair or replacement.

Legal Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact PeakMe Customer Support as soon as the issue is identified.

To assist with the assessment of your claim, you may be asked to provide:

• Proof of purchase.
• Product model and serial number (if applicable).
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs and/or videos demonstrating the fault.

Do not return the Product unless instructed to do so by PeakMe.

PeakMe reserves the right to inspect the Product, request additional information, or arrange assessment by an authorised service representative before determining whether the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty.

Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Failure to notify PeakMe of a defect within a reasonable time after it becomes apparent may affect your ability to make a claim under this Limited Warranty.
