It's Ok haven't really noticed alot deference after using it , I've had a Total Knee replacement so the Nerve damage from the Surgery is fairly full on giving me heaps numbness and pins n needles down into the Bottom of my Foot & Toes . Just hoping that eventually it will all settle down .
