Your Helios arrives in 9 packages. Please inspect each one on arrival and check all components are present and undamaged before you begin.

Before you begin

Assembly needs at least two people, and three makes it considerably easier.

Confirm you have all 9 packages and check each for shipping damage. Unpack everything and verify no parts are missing or damaged before you start.

Choose your location carefully. You need a dry, level indoor surface close to a suitable power outlet, with enough room around the sauna to work during assembly. Do not install the Helios outdoors or anywhere damp.

⚠ Important

• Never force panels together. If you feel resistance, check the alignment before continuing.
• Do not over-tighten screws, as this may damage the timber.
• Ensure all electrical connectors are fully inserted before installing the roof panel.
• Do not connect the sauna to power until assembly is complete.

Installation guide 

1. Place the base panel on a flat, level surface. Ensure the two timber locating ridges and the power cord are positioned at the rear of the sauna.
2. Position the back panel between the two locating rails on the base plate. Ensure the electrical connections are positioned towards the floor, not the ceiling.
3. Position the left side panel (with the LED control panel) onto the base and connect it to the rear wall. The PeakMe Helios uses concealed buckle fasteners. Ensure each buckle is fully engaged before continuing: 
4. Install the right side panel in the same manner. Push both side panels firmly towards the rear panel to ensure all panels sit tightly together on the base.
5. Insert the rectangular seat support panel into position. Rotate it into place until it sits securely. Ensure the bottom of the panel sits flush between the timber locating rails on the base.
6. Using the supplied screws, secure the seat support panel to both side walls. Install 2 screws (Do not over-tighten). Connect the seat power cable to the power board located on the rear wall.
7. Insert the seat panel at approximately 90°. Slide it halfway into position. Connect the red and black power cables before sliding the seat fully into place. Secure the rear of the seat using the supplied long screw (Do not over-tighten).
8. It is recommended that one person gently holds the side panels together while a second person lowers the front panel into position. Once installed, gently tap the panel down until all wall joints are fully seated and flush.
9. Attach the door handle using the supplied screws. Tighten securely, but do not over-tighten. 
10. Remove the access cover from the roof panel to expose the electrical connections. Using a step ladder if required, carefully lift the roof panel into position. Connect each power cable by matching the corresponding colours. 
11. Replace the roof access cover and secure it with the screws removed earlier.
12. Ensure the roof ventilation openings are positioned above the main electrical control box, with the vents facing the rear of the sauna.

Final Inspection 

Before connecting the sauna to power:

✓ All wall panels are fully seated and flush.

✓ All concealed buckles are locked.

✓ The seat is securely fastened.

✓ All electrical connectors are fully connected.

✓ The roof panel is securely installed.

✓ The door opens and closes freely.

Your PeakMe Helios Sauna is now ready for operation.

1. Turn it on. Press the power button (8) on the LED control panel.
2. Set your temperature (1). Adjust to your preferred setting. We recommend 45°C to 60°C.
3. Set your timer (4). Choose your session length.
   Or choose a mode (3) and the Helios sets both for you:
4. Start your session (6). Press start and allow around 10 minutes for the sauna to preheat to your selected temperature.
5. Connect your music: Search for Bluetooth on your phone, connect to Sauna BT, and play.
6. How long to stay in: First-time users (15 to 20 minutes), Regular users (30 to 45 minutes), Experienced users (Up to 90 minutes).

If you feel uncomfortable, overheated, dizzy or unwell at any point, leave the sauna immediately and cool down slowly.

When your session finishes, the panel beeps. That's normal.

Before use

Use a towel during your session for hygiene, and to protect the timber.

After each session

Leave the door slightly open for 20 to 30 minutes so moisture can evaporate. Wipe any perspiration from the bench, backrest and floor with a clean, dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth, and replace your towel.

Monthly

Wipe all interior surfaces with a soft cloth dampened with warm water. Dust the exterior with a soft cloth as needed. Clean the glass door with a microfibre cloth and a non-ammonia glass cleaner, sprayed onto the cloth rather than into the sauna.

Never use bleach, ammonia, harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive pads, steel wool, furniture polish, wax or solvents.

Caring for Hemlock Wood 

Hemlock is a natural timber and will gradually change colour over time. That's normal and doesn't affect performance. To keep it looking its best:

• Always sit on a towel to reduce sweat absorption
• Avoid placing wet clothing directly on the timber
• Do not apply oils, varnishes, stains or sealants to the interior
• Keep sharp objects away from the wood to prevent scratches

Warranty Information

1 Year Limited Warranty

The PeakMe Helios Infrared Sauna ("Sauna") is warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship affecting the Canadian Hemlock timber structure, carbon infrared heating panels, factory-installed electrical components, control panel, lighting, Bluetooth audio system, hardware and fittings, when the Sauna is installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the owner's manual.

This Limited Warranty is void if PeakMe or its designated representative determines that the Sauna has been subjected to damage or failure due to the installation of after-market parts that are not Genuine PeakMe branded Parts & Accessories. Genuine PeakMe Parts & Accessories are manufactured to our highest standards of quality, durability and performance and are designed specifically to ensure the optimal operation of your PeakMe Helios Infrared Sauna.

Cosmetic & Natural Material Exclusion

This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or the natural ageing of materials that does not affect the structural integrity, safety or performance of the Sauna. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, scuffs, marks, minor chips, fading, discolouration, glass imperfections, or normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use.

As the Sauna is constructed from natural Canadian Hemlock timber, variations in timber grain, colour, knots, texture and the natural expansion and contraction of the wood are normal characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects. The natural ageing or colour change of timber caused by exposure to heat, light or normal environmental conditions is also not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Electrical & Operating Conditions

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect electrical installation or connection.
• Use with an unsuitable power supply, extension lead or power board contrary to the owner's manual.
• Power surges, electrical faults or lightning strikes.
• Failure to follow the installation, operating or maintenance instructions contained in the owner's manual.
• Water ingress, excessive moisture or installation in outdoor or damp environments.
• Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products.
• Consumable items, including light globes (where applicable), are excluded unless they are found to be defective upon delivery.

Warranty Service

To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, notify PeakMe as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the Sauna from further damage. Upon proof of purchase, a designated service representative will correct the defect subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. There will be no charge for parts or labour to repair the defect, although providing reasonable access to carry out the repair is your responsibility as the owner. The Manufacturer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace any covered component. If a replacement Sauna is supplied, it will be of equal value to the original purchase. Reasonable costs associated with removal of the original product and shipping of the replacement product are the responsibility of the owner. Any replacement product will carry the balance of the original warranty period.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty is void if the Manufacturer or its designated representative determines that the Sauna has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, unauthorised modification, or freight damage caused by the carrier. Any freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage occurring during relocation, transport, storage or installation by anyone other than PeakMe or an authorised PeakMe representative. This Limited Warranty also does not apply where repairs have been attempted by anyone other than PeakMe or an authorised PeakMe representative, or where failure results from accident, natural disasters, misuse, improper operation or other events beyond the reasonable control of the Manufacturer. Neglect, misuse and abuse include installation, operation or maintenance of the Sauna other than in accordance with the owner's manual, including but not limited to operating the Sauna in outdoor or wet environments, failing to maintain adequate ventilation, using abrasive cleaning products, or installing non-genuine PeakMe parts or accessories. The owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than PeakMe or an authorised PeakMe representative. PeakMe is not responsible for work performed on any units outside Australia.

Limitations on Implied Warranties

This Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. All warranty service must be carried out by the Manufacturer or its designated representative using authorised PeakMe replacement parts. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company or other party is authorised to modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty. The Manufacturer will not be responsible for any statements or representations that are inconsistent with the authorised literature or specifications supplied by PeakMe.

Disclaimers

The Manufacturer and its representatives will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or other damage arising from any defect covered by this Limited Warranty, including but not limited to loss of use of the Sauna or costs associated with removal or reinstallation of the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Manufacturer's liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product. Coverage under this Limited Warranty commences on the original date of purchase and does not extend beyond the stated warranty period for any reason. These disclaimers apply equally to any warranty service provided by the Manufacturer or its authorised representatives.

Legal Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact PeakMe Customer Support as soon as the issue is identified. To assist with the assessment of your claim, you may be asked to provide:

• Proof of purchase.
• The product model and serial number (if applicable).
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs and/or videos showing the fault.

Do not return the product unless instructed to do so by PeakMe. PeakMe reserves the right to inspect the product, request additional information, or arrange an inspection by an authorised service representative before determining whether the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Failure to report a defect within a reasonable time after it becomes apparent may affect your ability to make a claim under this Limited Warranty.
