Setting Up

1. Charge: Insert the two 18650 batteries into the included charger and charge fully before first use.

2. Turn On: Press the power button once to activate the device.

3. Choose Mode: Short press the power button to cycle through the three treatment modes.

• 1 press: All LEDs working (630, 660, 710, 850, 900nm)
• 2 presses: Only RED Working (630, 660nm)
• 3 presses: Only NIR (710, 850, 900nm)
• 4 presses: Mode 1 + 10Hz Pulsing
• 5 presses: Mode 2 + 10Hz Pulsing
• 6 presses: Mode 3 + 10Hz Pulsing
• 6 press: Off

For most users, R + NIR is recommended.

4. Position: Hold the torch 2 to 3cm from the treatment area. The treatment spot is the area lit by the red light. Always wear the protective glasses included with the device.

5. Treat: Each session runs for five minutes automatically. Recommended usage per area is one to three minutes.

6. Repeat if Needed: Move to the next treatment area after the timer finishes. If treating multiple areas back to back, allow the torch to cool for approximately one minute after every five minutes of continuous use.

Some people respond immediately, but it can take up to three weeks to see pain relief. Consistency is critical to seeing results.

7. Store: After use, place the torch in the zipper carry bag. If not in use for more than one month, remove the batteries to avoid corrosion.

Reminders

• Discontinue use if you experience persistent discomfort. Mild warmth is normal.
• Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if you notice headaches, burning, increased pain or any unexpected reaction.
• Do not stare directly at the light. Always wear the included protective glasses.

Use only a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. Never use abrasive cleansers or submerge the torch in water or any other liquid.

The Torch cannot be sterilised by liquid or autoclave methods.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and extreme heat..

• Do not hold the torch on your skin for more than five minutes at a time.
• Turn off for one minute after every five minutes of continuous use to avoid overheating.
• Do not stare directly at the light. Always wear the protective glasses included with the device.
• Avoid using it near the eyes.
• Keep away from water.
• Do not use over active cancers or directly over the thyroid.
• Consult your healthcare professional before use if pregnant, managing a serious medical condition, or taking photosensitising medications.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If the Torch is not in use for more than one month, remove the batteries to avoid corrosion.

1 Year Limited Warranty

The PeakMe Red Light Therapy Torch ("Product") is warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship affecting the LED modules, housing, rechargeable battery, charging port, internal electrical components, switches and factory-assembled components, when the Product is operated, charged and maintained in accordance with the user manual and operating instructions.

This Limited Warranty is void if PeakMe or its designated representative determines that the Product has been subjected to damage or failure resulting from the use of non-genuine replacement parts, incompatible accessories, unauthorised modifications, improper charging methods, or misuse. Genuine PeakMe parts and accessories are designed and tested to ensure the safe, reliable and optimal performance of your Red Light Therapy Torch. This Limited Warranty applies only to the PeakMe Red Light Therapy Torch and its original supplied components.

Residential Use Only

This Limited Warranty applies to residential, personal use only. The Product is not designed, warranted or intended for commercial, professional, clinical, rental, shared facility, gym, wellness centre, spa, salon, healthcare practice or any other business or revenue-generating use. Any commercial or institutional use immediately voids this Limited Warranty.

Cosmetic & Normal Wear Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear that does not affect the performance or functionality of the Product. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Scratches
• Dents
• Scuffs
• Surface marks
• Minor discolouration
• Wear to external finishes

Minor variations in appearance that do not affect the operation of the Product are not considered manufacturing defects.

Battery & Electrical Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Incorrect charging methods or chargers not approved by PeakMe.
• Power surges or electrical faults.
• Water or liquid exposure.
• Excessive humidity or moisture.
• Outdoor use or exposure to the elements.
• Excessive heat or cold outside the recommended operating conditions.
• Fire, flood or other natural disasters.
• Improper storage or transport.
• Damage resulting from dropping, crushing or impact.
• Normal reduction in rechargeable battery capacity through regular use.

The Product is intended for indoor use only unless otherwise stated in the user manual.

Warranty Service

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, notify PeakMe Customer Support as soon as a defect becomes apparent and take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage to the Product. Upon verification of the warranty claim and proof of purchase, PeakMe or its authorised service representative will, at its sole discretion: Repair the defective Product. Replace the defective Product. Replace the defective component.

There will be no charge for replacement parts or labour where the defect is determined to be covered under this Limited Warranty.

If PeakMe elects to replace the Product, the replacement may be new or refurbished and of equal or greater value and performance. Any replacement Product will carry the balance of the original warranty period.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the Product where return is required and for any costs not covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty is void if PeakMe determines that the Product has been subjected to:

• Misuse or abuse.
• Neglect.
• Accidental damage.
• Unauthorised repair or servicing.
• Unauthorised modification or alteration.
• Failure to follow the operating or charging instructions.
• Use with incompatible chargers, power supplies or accessories.
• Improper storage or transportation.
• Commercial, professional or institutional use.
• Freight damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage occurring during relocation, transport or storage after delivery. Repairs carried out by anyone other than PeakMe or an authorised service representative may void this Limited Warranty. PeakMe is not responsible for repair work performed on Products outside Australia.

Limitations on Implied Warranties

This Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. All warranty repairs must be carried out by PeakMe or its authorised service representatives using authorised replacement parts. No agent, dealer, distributor, retailer or service provider is authorised to modify, extend or alter this Limited Warranty. PeakMe is not responsible for statements or representations made by third parties that are inconsistent with this Limited Warranty or official PeakMe documentation.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, PeakMe and its representatives shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Product or any defect covered by this Limited Warranty, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, inconvenience or any associated costs. PeakMe's liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product. The warranty period commences on the original date of purchase and does not restart following repair or replacement of the Product or any of its components. Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Legal Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact PeakMe Customer Support as soon as the issue is identified. To assist with the assessment of your claim, you may be asked to provide:

• Proof of purchase.
• Product model and serial number (if applicable).
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs and/or videos demonstrating the fault.

Do not return the Product unless instructed to do so by PeakMe.

PeakMe reserves the right to inspect the Product, request additional information, or arrange assessment by an authorised service representative before determining whether the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Failure to notify PeakMe of a defect within a reasonable time after it becomes apparent may affect your ability to make a claim under this Limited Warranty.
