Staff were very helpful. I find PeakMe a good easy sauna to use especially as i can stay longer in this simple sauna, than a regular sauna as my head and face is not inserted into the blanket. I would say that the sweating is a process of detox. Due to my arthritis, the heat helps my joints, im sure it has other health benefits as well, eg resting nervous system to enhance relaxation.
