Definitely wise to source TGA approved panels with an actual ARTG number. Like many others I compared these panels with BBL, and like many others I imagine I arrived at the same decision that this is a quality company prepared to stand by their product through an actual phone number contact for customer service. The last thing an Australian consumer will tolerate is making a large purchase then having an issue and not being able to contact the company outside of an email with 3 working days reply!! Amanda was so polite and helpful over the phone as I asked her how quiet these panels are..she actually went and got a panel and held it close to the phone receiver so I could listen to any noise made by the panel. It was acceptably quiet and Amanda gets a A+ for customer service and is THE reason why I went ahead with my purchase. The Irradiance as advertised and definitely makes a difference. These are quality panels and quiet. I have had some weight loss around the “handles” but this was not my desired result. I feel gut inflammation has reduced over the first 4 days of use at 10mins daily am sessions (5mins front then the panel chirps so turn over for 5mins back). Made mistake of lighting myself up for 20mins first day as trying to coordinate the panels (guys you really do need a video showing setup of the dual panels with horizontal stand and panel linking), Luckily I’m old school with a fair dose of common sense). Early days, however energy levels have been up, generally feeling more “clear and alive” even if it is a little, it is definitely noticeable, if you wish to try PBM, I can thoroughly recommend these panels, I will be recommending this company to my patients. P.S. I really appreciate people like you Jing, who make quality products accessible to the public and back your products with REAL customer service. I wish your company every success! Could you please look at a competitively priced hand held option similar to the bontanny grey/urban hippie minipro for patients for targeted msk relief? 🙏
