Set Up
Step by Step

Choose your location: Place the ice bath on a flat surface with nearby access to water. Shade is ideal — avoid direct sun exposure when possible.
Before first use, the product may have a slight plastic smell - this is normal and will disappear over time. The material used is non-toxic and safe.

Unfold and inflate: Inflate the upper ring and insulated lid using the included standard air pump with nozzle attachment. Both manual and electric pumps will work.

Clean before use: Rinse with warm water. Use mild soap if needed and avoid bleach or harsh detergents as this may degrade the materials and waterproof seals. Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.

Attach a clear washer (o-ring) to the outside of each of the drainage holes and carefully screw on the drainage taps, avoiding cross threading.

Fill with cold tap water until the tub is no more than two-thirds full. Ideal starting temperature: 12–15°C. For colder immersion, add 1–3 bags of ice (10kg total is a great baseline). Do not exceed 50°C if using warm water.

Soak: Start slow - 2–3 minutes for beginners. With time and consistency, you can safely build toward 10–12 minute sessions.
