4. Install the filter: Ensure the supplied filter cartridge is installed correctly before operating the system.
5. Fill with water: Fill the tub until the water level reaches the recommended operating line. Do not overfill.
6. Connect power: Plug the chiller into a properly grounded household power outlet. Avoid using extension cords where possible.

- Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water.
- Ensure adequate airflow around the tub.
- Never pressure wash the cedar.
- Do not use bleach, solvents, or harsh chemical cleaners.
Natural silver-grey ageing is a normal characteristic of untreated cedar and does not affect structural performance.
What are the health warnings for using an ice bath?
Always consult your doctor before using an ice bath if you have any health issues. Do not use if you are pregnant, have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear a pacemaker, have a history of frostbite, have an open wound, had recent surgery, have epilepsy, or any other health concerns.
How do ice baths improve recovery?
Ice baths enhance recovery by changing how blood and other fluids flow through the body. When exposed to cold water, blood vessels constrict and then expand upon exiting the bath, flushing out metabolic waste from post-workout muscles.
