Setting Up

1. Lay the mat flat on a firm, comfortable surface.
2. Plug the controller into the mat, then the power cable into the wall socket or suitable power outlet.
3. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the controller activates.

Before your session:

• Wear minimal clothing for maximum benefit from infrared and light therapy.
• Drink water before and after your session to support hydration.

Using the mat:

• Set your desired therapy: PEMF, heat, red/NIR light or TENS.
• Sessions can range from 1 to 12 hours (PEMF auto-runs in 30 min blocks.
• Use consistently 3-5 times a week for optimal results.

The controller's various functions include adjusting infrared heat, adjusting PEMF, controlling TENS and activating Red Light Therapy. Set the timer for your desired session length.

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold for 3 seconds to power on. The system will automatically detect harmful EMF (Electromagnetic Waves Field) and eliminate automatically.
2. Display, Time Up: Time Up, Down-: 1 to 12 hours time setting and turn off automatically.
3. Temperature Display, TEMP. Up+, TEMP. Down-: 10~70°C / 50~159°F temperature setting. Press + and - at the same time to turn off the heating function. Press any + or - to turn on heating.
4. PEMF Display & PEMF On/Program setting/Off (Hold for 3 seconds to off): Work for 30 minutes and turn off automatically. Press multiple times to select program within 3 seconds, and the selected program will be automatically confirmed after 3 seconds.

Gemstone Therapy: Stones like amethyst and tourmaline boost negative ion release and enhance the warmth. Their benefits amplify when paired with heat.

Layer natural gemstones to enhance far infrared and negative ion release. Applying & Using the Pads

1. Plug the TENS cable into the port on the controller, then attach the pins to the pads.
2. Place TENS pads on clean, dry skin around the treatment area, spacing them 8–15 cm apart. Keep the plastic covers for later use.
3. Avoid lotions, oils or broken skin.
4. Begin at the lowest setting and increase gradually until comfortable.
5. Sessions typically last up to 45 minutes. Always turn the dial down and switch off before removing pads.
6. After use, reapply the clear plastic covers to maintain pad adhesiveness.

What You May Feel

• A light tingling, pulsing or mild muscle contraction is normal.
• As your body adapts, you may need to adjust intensity to maintain effectiveness.
• Always keep the experience comfortable and non-painful.

Where to Apply

• Use on either side of the area to be treated (not directly on it).
• Ensure pads do not touch each other or any metal jewellery.
• Avoid sensitive zones like the face, spine, chest (front and back simultaneously), or inflamed or broken skin.

• Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly before folding.
• Do not place the mat in a washing machine.
• Do not immerse in water. This is important for your safety and to avoid damage.
• Use only a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or sharp objects which may damage your PEMF mat.
• The TENS pads can be rinsed with clean water and reused. Once dry, re-apply the clear plastic pieces to maintain adhesiveness.
• Keep in a dry, cool place and store away from direct sunlight.
• Heavy items must not be placed on the folded mat.

1 Year Residential Limited Warranty

The PeakMe PEMF Mats ("Product") are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship affecting the internal PEMF coils, controller, electrical wiring, power supply, connectors, heating elements (where applicable), outer cover, and factory-assembled components, when the Product is operated, stored and maintained in accordance with the user manual and operating instructions.

This Limited Warranty is void if PeakMe or its designated representative determines that the Product has been subjected to damage or failure resulting from the use of non-genuine replacement parts, incompatible accessories, unauthorised modifications, improper electrical supply, or misuse. Genuine PeakMe parts and accessories are designed and tested to ensure the safe, reliable and optimal performance of your PEMF Mat. This Limited Warranty applies only to the PeakMe PEMF Mat and its original supplied components.

Residential Use Only

This Limited Warranty applies to residential, personal use only. The Product is not designed, warranted or intended for commercial, professional, clinical, rental, shared facility, gym, wellness centre, spa, salon, healthcare practice or any other business or revenue-generating use. Any commercial or institutional use immediately voids this Limited Warranty.

Cosmetic & Normal Wear Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear that does not affect the performance or functionality of the Product. This includes, but is not limited to:

Scratches

Scuffs

Minor tears or abrasions to the outer cover caused by misuse

Surface marks

Fading or discolouration

General wear from normal use

Minor variations in colour, stitching or finish that do not affect the operation of the Product are not considered manufacturing defects.

Electrical & Environmental Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Incorrect voltage or power supply.

Power surges, electrical faults or lightning.

Water or liquid exposure.

Excessive humidity or moisture.

Outdoor use or exposure to the elements.

Excessive heat or cold outside the Product's recommended operating conditions.

Fire, flood or other natural disasters.

Improper storage or transportation.

Folding, bending, rolling or storing the Product contrary to the instructions provided in the user manual.

Cuts, punctures, crushing, impact damage or accidental damage.

Damage caused by pets or sharp objects.

The Product is intended for indoor use only.

Warranty Service

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, notify PeakMe Customer Support as soon as a defect becomes apparent and take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage to the Product. Upon verification of the warranty claim and proof of purchase, PeakMe or its authorised service representative will, at its sole discretion: Repair the defective Product; Replace the defective Product; or Replace the defective component.

There will be no charge for replacement parts or labour where the defect is determined to be covered under this Limited Warranty. If PeakMe elects to replace the Product, the replacement may be new or refurbished and of equal or greater value and performance. Any replacement Product will carry the balance of the original warranty period. The customer is responsible for securely packaging the Product where return is required and for any costs not covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty is void if PeakMe determines that the Product has been subjected to:

Misuse or abuse.

Neglect.

Accidental damage.

Unauthorised repair or servicing.

Unauthorised modification or alteration.

Failure to follow the operating or maintenance instructions.

Use with incompatible power supplies or accessories.

Improper storage or transport.

Commercial, professional or institutional use.

Freight damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage occurring during relocation, transport or storage after delivery. Repairs carried out by anyone other than PeakMe or an authorised service representative may void this Limited Warranty. PeakMe is not responsible for repair work performed on Products outside Australia.

Limitations on Implied Warranties

This Limited Warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. All warranty repairs must be carried out by PeakMe or its authorised service representatives using authorised replacement parts. No agent, dealer, distributor, retailer or service provider is authorised to modify, extend or alter this Limited Warranty. PeakMe is not responsible for statements or representations made by third parties that are inconsistent with this Limited Warranty or official PeakMe documentation.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, PeakMe and its representatives shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Product or any defect covered by this Limited Warranty, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, inconvenience or any associated costs. PeakMe's liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product. The warranty period commences on the original date of purchase and does not restart following repair or replacement of the Product or any of its components. Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Legal Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact PeakMe Customer Support as soon as the issue is identified. To assist with the assessment of your claim, you may be asked to provide:

Proof of purchase.

• Product model and serial number (if applicable).
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs and/or videos demonstrating the fault.
• Do not return the Product unless instructed to do so by PeakMe.

PeakMe reserves the right to inspect the Product, request additional information, or arrange assessment by an authorised service representative before determining whether the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Failure to notify PeakMe of a defect within a reasonable time after it becomes apparent may affect your ability to make a claim under this Limited Warranty.
