2,440 triple-chip LEDs run 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light across 1600 x 600mm of flexible fabric, so a single session covers your back, your legs, or close to your whole body. Red works at the surface for skin. Near-infrared goes deeper into muscle, joint and tendon.

Three modes let you choose which layer you're treating. Set a timer between 1 and 30 minutes, adjust brightness and pulse from the colour display, then lie down.

It folds into a drawstring bag when you're finished. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Its large 1600 × 600mm design allows you to treat larger areas such as your back, legs, muscles and joints at home.

How do I use the Red Light Therapy Blanket?

Connect the Blanket to the colour display controller, power adapter and cable, then switch it on. Select your timer, treatment mode, brightness and pulse frequency, position the Blanket directly over the area you're treating, and wear the supplied protective eyewear. Sessions can be set from 1 to 30 minutes, with 10 minutes as the default.

How often should I use the Red Light Therapy Blanket?

Your recommended frequency depends on the level of discomfort. For mild pain, the manual recommends around 10 minutes once daily per area. For moderate or persistent pain, sessions can be 10–20 minutes, once or twice daily, depending on the pain level. Regular use is more important than extending individual sessions.

Is the Red Light Therapy Blanket safe to use?

The Blanket should be used according to the safety instructions in the manual. Always wear the supplied protective eyewear, never look directly into the light, and do not use it over open wounds, active cancers or directly over the thyroid. The Blanket is not waterproof and should never be used under bedding, blankets or pillows.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, photosensitive, taking medication that increases light sensitivity, have a history of light-triggered seizures, or are managing a serious medical condition, speak with your doctor before use.

How do I clean and store the Red Light Therapy Blanket?

Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth or an alcohol wipe. Do not use abrasive cleaners, soap, detergent or chemical cleaners, and never submerge the Blanket or put it in a washing machine. Allow it to dry completely before using it again. Store it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct light and heat, and avoid placing heavy objects on it.
