Join us for a morning of movement, ice baths, coffee, music, wellness experiences and some of our favourite brands — all brought together in one unforgettable experience.
Move & Recover Tickets include the 45min Yoga Session. All other tickets will start at 10:15am:
- MOVE: Start the morning with a guided 45-minute Yoga session, designed to get you moving and energised.
- RECOVER: Take the plunge with a guided PeakMe ice bath experience and discover the benefits of cold exposure.
- CONNECT: Enjoy coffee, matcha and refreshments from our selected event partners while you hang out and recharge. DJ, good energy and a community of people who are equally passionate about feeling their best.
- RESET: Meet the PeakMe community and spend your Saturday morning surrounded by people who prioritise movement, recovery and living well.
