I’ve seen a lot about ice baths of late and heard a lot of podcasts about the benefits of them. I decided to get one to kick the new year off in a more focused state. I’ve been doing them almost daily and can honestly say my sleep has improved so much. I feel calmer and more focused. I can’t wait to further challenge myself when it’s winter.
