Set Up
Step by Step

Choose your location: Place the Flow on a flat surface near a water source. A shaded area is ideal to help maintain water temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Prep the valves: Close the valves so that the pins are in the "UP" position. If the valve pins are in the “DOWN” position, gently press and twist to reset them.

Inflate the bath: Attach the hose to the included pump, insert it into the valve, and turn 180° clockwise from the “UP” position. Inflate the tub to 8–10 psi. Do not exceed the maximum pressure. When inflating is complete, secure the valve cover back on and tighten. This will ensure it remains completely airtight.
NOTE: DO NOT use an air compressor. Damage to your Ice Bath can be caused by overinflation and is not covered by our warranty. After 2 or 3 days there may be a small decrease of pressure due to temperature change, if so, add a few pumps of air.

Rinse before use: Clean the interior with warm water and a soft cloth. Use mild soap if necessary. Avoid bleach-based or abrasive cleaners. Dry with a lint-free towel.

Fill with water: Fill with cold tap water until the tub is no more than two-thirds full. Ideal starting temperature: 12–15°C. Do not exceed 50°C if using warm water.

Soak: Start slow - 2–3 minutes for beginners. With time and consistency, you can safely build toward 10–12 minute sessions.
