Quick Start Guide
1. Choose your location: Place the Flow on a flat surface near a water source. A shaded area is ideal to help maintain water temperature. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
2. Prep the air valves: Close the valve so that the pins are in the “UP” position. If the valve pins are in the “DOWN” position, gently press and twist to reset them.
3. Inflate the bath: Attach the hose to the included pump, insert it into the air valve, and turn 180° clockwise from the “UP” position. Inflate the tub to 8–10 psi. Do not exceed the maximum pressure. When inflating is complete, secure the valve cover back on and tighten. This will ensure it remains completely airtight.
NOTE: DO NOT use an air compressor. Damage to your Ice Bath can be caused by overinflation and is not covered by our warranty. After 2 or 3 days there may be a small decrease of pressure due to temperature change, so if so, add a few pumps of air.
4. Rinse before use: Clean the interior with warm water and a soft cloth. Use mild soap if necessary. Avoid bleach-based or abrasive cleaners. Dry with a lint-free towel.
5. Fill with water:
With Ion Chiller - Fill the Ice Bath two-thirds full with cold tap water. Connect your Ion Chiller and power on to begin cooling. The system will gradually lower water temp to as low as 5°C and maintain it. View our setup guide.
With ice - Fill the Ice Bath two-thirds full with cold tap water. For cold therapy, aim for 12–15°C. Add 4–6 bags of ice (approx. 25kg each) to bring the temperature closer to 10–12°C. View our water temperature & ice calculator.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Rinse with warm water before first use and after every session. Wipe down with a clean, dry cloth.
- Use only mild dish soap or diluted vinegar. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals as this may degrade the materials and waterproof seals. Dry fully after each use to avoid mould or mildew.
- Monitor the water for cloudiness, odour or residue — all signs it’s time to drain and refresh. Aim to change the water every few uses or at least twice a week, depending on frequency and climate. If in doubt, swap it out.
- Clean 2–3 times a week for best hygiene.
- Avoid placing near sharp objects.
- Use included patch kit for minor punctures.
- Your Ice Bath can be filled with cold or hot water up to 50°C. Always start filling with room temperature water, adjusting to your desired temperature as the Ice Bath gets closer to full.
Leak Detection
If the Ice Bath is losing air pressure, it is important to investigate for leaks. To locate the leak, mix soap and water in a spray bottle and spray around the valve. If bubbles form, check your valve seating and base and be sure the valve insert is screwed tight.
Repair Kit
Punctures less than 1/8” in size can be repaired simply without a patch. Deflate your Ice Bath, then clean and dry the area to be repaired. Apply a small drop of glue to cover the puncture, and let it dry for 12 hours. If your board needs repair, use the patches in the repair kit and follow these steps:
1. Deflate the ice bath, lay it flat and wait for it to dry.
2. Cut a patch that is 2 inches larger than the tear/rip all the way around.
3. Use alcohol to clean the repair area
4. Apply three coats of adhesive to patch the Ice Bath. Wait 5 minutes in between each coat.
5. Place the patch over the tear/rip. The adhesive will react quickly, so make sure the positioning is precise/accurate. Use the roller to ensure the patch lays flat and event.
6. Wait 24 hours before re-inflating.
Storage
1. Slowly drain the water using the tap & included hose. To empty the remaining water, carefully tilt and empty completely.
2. Press the valve to release air. Gently flatten the Ice Bath to expel excess air.
3. Ensure the Ice Bath is clean and completely dry before folding. Use gentle cleaning solutions if necessary and rinse well. Wipe down with a lint-free cloth.
4. Fold carefully and store in a dry, ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Safety Information
- Always consult your doctor before using an ice bath.
- Do not exceed 50*C water temperature.
- Children, pets and vulnerable adults must always be supervised when in the vicinity of a water-filled ice bath, and should not enter due to risk of drowning.
- DO NOT USE if you: Are pregnant, under 18 years of age, wear a pacemaker or have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure or frostbite, have diabetes or complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, have an open wound, had recent surgery, epilepsy or any other health concerns or risks
- Using an ice bath dramatically decreases your body core temperature. Immersing yourself in cold water constricts blood vessels and slows the flow of blood around the body, which combined with health complications, can cause your blood pressure to rise and give you a higher chance of cardiac arrest or stroke.
- If the water in the ice bath is not used for a long time, bacteria can multiple. Ensure you empty the product before foreseeable or prolonged periods of non-use.
- Do not drink the water from the product.

Frequently asked questions
What are the benefits of using an ice bath?
Cold immersion supports faster recovery, reduced inflammation, improved mood, mental resilience, and even immune system activation. It’s not just a recovery tool - it’s a full-system reset that builds strength from the inside out.
How long should I stay in the ice bath?
For most people, 2-10 minutes is the sweet spot.
Beginners can start with 1-3 minutes at 10–15°C (50–59°F)
Advanced users may progress to 5-15 minutes at 4–10°C (39–50°F)
Consistency is key - even short, regular sessions provide long-term results.
Is it safe to use an ice bath daily?
Yes - with mindful practice. Many high-performers and wellness leaders use cold therapy daily. Listen to your body, monitor your response, and avoid overexposure, especially if you're new to cold immersion. If you have health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before beginning.
Do I need to add ice every time?
If you're using a standard tub, yes - fresh ice helps maintain the cold temperature.
With the PeakMe Icon Chiller integration, you can maintain consistent temperatures without adding ice, offering a more sustainable and effortless experience.
What temperature should I aim for?
For therapeutic benefits:
Beginner comfort zone: 10–15°C (50–59°F)
Optimal range: 4–10°C (39–50°F)
Lower isn’t always better — the goal is controlled, tolerable stress that your body can adapt to.
What should I do before and after the bath?
Before:
- Breathe deeply, focus, and set an intention
- Avoid caffeine or heavy meals beforehand
After:
- Warm up naturally (not with a hot shower)
- Rehydrate and give your body time to recalibrate
Journal your experience - track how you feel mentally and physically
Can ice baths help with sleep and stress?
Absolutely. Cold immersion stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a deep state of calm post-session. Many users report improved sleep quality, lower anxiety, and a grounded, resilient mental state.
Is the PeakMe Ice Bath portable?
Yes. Our design is intentionally sleek and travel-ready - made with high-performance materials that balance durability, portability, and aesthetic luxury. Optional chillers and covers enhance the experience at home or on the road.
Can anyone use cold therapy?
While ice baths are generally safe, those with cardiovascular conditions, low blood pressure, Raynaud’s syndrome, or who are pregnant should consult a medical professional before use. Always listen to your body and never force the process.
How do I clean and maintain the ice bath?
Cleaning is simple:
- Drain after use
- Rinse with fresh warm water
- Let it dry fully before storage
We recommend a weekly deep clean if using daily, and a water chiller with built-in filtration for optimal hygiene.
